Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. (FYI, This fee may be different for dealer accounts)

To initiate a return, send an email by replying to your purchase receipt email, or by using the contact us page, and include your order number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.

You will receive a confusing email. It will look like an invoice, but will show the adjusted amount you were charged (the 10% restocking fee retained by us), and not a credit.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.


If you purchased the wrong part, I’m happy to provide you with an exchange. All of the above still applies, however you’ll be responsible for paying return shipping, shipping for the new mount, and a restocking fee.
